What is Del Webb Lake Las Vegas like?
Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is the 55+ neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas, gated and set on the hills on the north side of the lake. Del Webb broke ground in 2019, its first new community in the Las Vegas area in over ten years, and plans call for about 460 homes.
Every home is one story, from about 1,300 to 2,700 square feet with two to four bedrooms. Del Webb is still selling, so you can weigh a new build against a resale a few streets away.
The clubhouse, about 10,000 square feet, opened in 2021 at the top of the community. It has a fitness center, an indoor lap pool, an outdoor pool and spa, pickleball and bocce courts, and an event lawn with a fire pit, and an activity director runs the calendar. MonteLago Village, the public Reflection Bay Golf Club, and Lake Mead are a short drive. Owners pay the Del Webb association and the Lake Las Vegas master association.
